Please note that the studio will be closed on the following dates:

12th–21st October 2026

18th December 2026–8th January 2027 - Christmas Closure 🎄

Orders can still be placed through the website during both closure periods, and inclusion kits will continue to be sent out as usual.

Any breastmilk or inclusions that arrive while the studio is closed will still be received and processed safely as usual, so there is no need to worry if your parcel arrives during these dates.

Turnaround times will be paused throughout the closures. Closure days will not count towards the turnaround time for your jewellery, and turnaround times will resume once the studio reopens.

Christmas Post 🎄

Although inclusion kits will continue to be sent throughout the Christmas period, please be mindful that Royal Mail can experience delays at this time of year, so kits may take a little longer than usual to reach you.

I would recommend not posting breastmilk or inclusion kits back to me after 11th December. With the increased volume of Christmas post and the possibility of delays, it is best to keep your inclusions safely at home and send them once normal postal services resume in the New Year.

There is absolutely no rush to return your kit, breastmilk can be kept safely frozen until you're ready to send it.

3–15ml is perfect. Please do not send more than 15ml, as larger quantities increase the risk of leaks during transit. Fresh, frozen, previously frozen or older breastmilk can all be used, simply defrost before posting.

No. While breastmilk jewellery is my speciality, I can also work with formula milk and a wide range of other sentimental inclusions including hair, ashes, umbilical cord, placenta, flowers, fabric and pet fur. Many customers choose to create keepsakes without breastmilk at all.

Any remaining preserved breastmilk powder is securely stored for future orders or in case a repair is ever needed. Other inclusions, such as hair, ashes and umbilical cord, are returned with your completed jewellery.

Any unused preserved breastmilk is stored indefinitely for future orders or repairs. If you place another order, simply include your original order number at checkout.

I currently only ship within Great Britain (Scotland, England and Wales).

Due to GPSR regulations introduced in December 2024, I am unable to ship directly to Northern Ireland, Ireland or countries within the EU.

If you have a friend or family member in Great Britain, I can ship your completed jewellery to them and they can forward it on to you. Alternatively, some customers choose to use a parcel forwarding service.

Customers using a forwarding address or parcel forwarding service are responsible for ensuring they comply with any local import regulations and requirements.

Current turnaround times are:

• Sterling Silver: 2–4 weeks

• Birthstone Marquise Rings: 6–8 weeks

• 9K Gold: 8–14 weeks

Turnaround times begin once your inclusions have arrived with me. Product specific estimates can always be found on the individual product listing if you are unsure.

Minor changes are usually possible before your inclusions arrive. If you'd like to upgrade, change your design or amend details, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to help.

Yes. Please email me as soon as possible with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE FOR ORDER: 1234" be sure to include your order number! If your order has not yet been dispatched, I can update the address for you.

Yes. I offer cleaning, polishing, recoating and repair services where possible. Cubic zirconia accent stones are covered by a 3-month warranty against stone loss. If you're unsure whether your piece can be repaired, simply get in touch with some photographs and I'll be happy to advise.

No, I only work with breastmilk. However, breastmilk is not required and many pieces are created using hair, ashes, umbilical cord, placenta, flowers or other sentimental inclusions alone.

Yes. Pet fur and ashes can be incorporated into many designs as a beautiful memorial or keepsake.
