📦 A DNA collection kit will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class—please allow up to 7 working days to arrive. If you need quicker delivery or would prefer to send inclusions directly, just get in touch before ordering.

⏳ Turnaround Time: (begins when I receive your DNA Kit)

• Sterling Silver jewellery: approx. 2–4 weeks from the date your DNA kit is received.

• 9K Gold jewellery: approx. 8–14 weeks, as each piece is made to order.
