Bring your keepsake back to life with a professional clean and care service. Whether your piece is simply in need of a gentle refresh or requires a more restorative touch, there are two service levels available to suit your needs:

Bring your keepsake back to life with a professional clean and care service. Whether your piece is simply in need of a gentle refresh or requires a more restorative touch, there are two service levels available to suit your needs:

Refresh Clean – £40.80 (includes VAT)

Ideal for gently worn jewellery needing a simple polish and protection.

Includes:

  • Ultrasonic clean to remove everyday build-up

  • Detailed assessment and photographs before cleaning

  • Hand polish to restore shine

  • Anti-tarnish protective coating

  • Complimentary Town Talk silver or gold polishing cloth

  • Return via Royal Mail Special Delivery (included in price)

Restore Clean – £58.80 (includes VAT)

Recommended for pieces with a cloudy or scratched inclusion, or more visible wear.

Includes everything from the Refresh Clean, plus:

  • Recoating of the inclusion area to restore shine

  • If necessary, a full remake of the inclusion stone using any leftover preserved breastmilk already held on file

  • Additional polishing time for a more intensive finish

Important Information

  • This service does not remove deep scratches in metal. Light surface marks may be reduced during polishing, but this isn’t guaranteed.

  • You must send your jewellery via a tracked Royal Mail service to me. Postage is at your own cost. Shipping address is below.
