Bring your keepsake back to life with a professional clean and care service. Whether your piece is simply in need of a gentle refresh or requires a more restorative touch, there are two service levels available to suit your needs:

Refresh Clean – £40.80 (includes VAT)

Ideal for gently worn jewellery needing a simple polish and protection.

Includes:

  • Ultrasonic clean to remove everyday build-up

  • Detailed assessment and photographs before cleaning

  • Hand polish to restore shine

  • Anti-tarnish protective coating

  • Complimentary Town Talk silver or gold polishing cloth

  • Return via Royal Mail Special Delivery (included in price)

Restore Clean – £58.80 (includes VAT)

Recommended for pieces with a cloudy or scratched inclusion, or more visible wear.

Includes everything from the Refresh Clean, plus:

  • Recoating of the inclusion area to restore shine

  • If necessary, a full remake of the inclusion stone using any leftover preserved breastmilk already held on file

  • Additional polishing time for a more intensive finish

Important Information:

  • This service does not remove deep scratches from metal. Light marks may be reduced during polishing, but this is not guaranteed.

  • Jewellery must be sent securely, at your own cost, via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm).

If you select the Refresh Clean but your jewellery would benefit from the Restore Clean, I’ll be in touch before proceeding. The price difference will need to be paid before work begins, to ensure your piece receives the care it needs.
