Lost Accent Stone/Stone Repair Have you lost one of the cubic zirconia crystals from your ring? We offer a comprehensive repair and refresh service to restore your jewellery.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Sending Your Jewellery: You are responsible for securely packaging your jewellery and sending it via Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery, guaranteed before 1pm. After you place an order, I will email you detailed instructions.

  2. Assessment and Repair: Once your jewellery is received, it will be photographed and inspected for any damages. It will then undergo the necessary repairs, be polished, and coated with an anti-tarnish polish to prevent future tarnishing.

  3. Inclusion Area Restoration: If the breastmilk part of your jewellery is damaged or dull, it will be re-coated to restore its original shine.

  4. Return and Care: With your repaired jewellery, you will receive a Town Talk silver or gold polishing cloth, depending on your jewellery type. Your jewellery will be returned to you via Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery, guaranteed before 1pm, and will have received a thorough cleaning.
