For the little one you love to the moon and back. The Crescent Moon Breastmilk Necklace holds a little part of your story within a curved moon setting, creating a meaningful keepsake of your breastfeeding journey.

Each inclusion stone is individually handmade by me in the Scottish Borders using your own preserved breastmilk and chosen sentimental details. Keep your milk’s natural colour or add shimmer, opal flakes or metallic leaf to bring a touch of colour and sparkle to your moon.

Baby hair, dried umbilical cord, cremation ashes and other precious inclusions can also be incorporated, with or without breastmilk. The crescent shape lends itself to details that follow its curve; please get in touch before ordering if you have a particular design in mind.

Ordering your keepsake

Your order includes a DNA Collection Kit with instructions for sending your inclusions safely. Share your chosen finishes and design preferences on the personalisation form when placing your order.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for sterling silver pieces from receipt of your breastmilk or inclusions, excluding studio closures. Gold orders have a longer turnaround, confirmed with your quotation.

Natural variations in the colour and texture of your inclusions make your finished moon individual to you.

📋 After adding an item to your basket, a form will pop up—please take a moment to fill it in accurately.
📧 Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and important details—please keep this safe for your DNA Collection Kit.
📦 A DNA collection kit will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class—please allow up to 7 working days to arrive. If you need quicker delivery or would prefer to send inclusions directly, just get in touch before ordering.

⏳ Turnaround Time (begins when I receive your DNA Kit):

  • Sterling Silver jewellery: approx. 2–4 weeks from the date your DNA kit is received.

  • 9K Gold jewellery: approx. 8–14 weeks, as each piece is made to order.

💍 Available Metals & Sizing:
Offered in Sterling Silver or 9K Yellow, Rose, or White Gold. Standard sizes range from J to W, but 9K Gold rings can be crafted in any size—including half sizes.
📝 Please note that some ring sizes may occasionally face stock delays. If your chosen size is affected, I’ll be in touch to offer alternatives or provide an estimated restock timeframe.
