📋 After adding an item to your basket, a form will pop up—please take a moment to fill it in accurately.
📧 Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and important details—please keep this safe for your DNA Collection Kit.
📦 A DNA collection kit will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class—please allow up to 7 working days to arrive. If you need quicker delivery or would prefer to send inclusions directly, just get in touch before ordering.
⏳ Turnaround Time: (begins when I receive your DNA Kit)
Sterling Silver jewellery: approx. 2–4 weeks from the date your DNA kit is received.
9K Gold jewellery: approx. 8–14 weeks, as each piece is made to order.
💍 Available Metals & Sizing:
Offered in Sterling Silver or 9K Yellow, Rose, or White Gold. Standard sizes range from J to W, but 9K Gold rings can be crafted in any size—including half sizes.
📝 Please note that some ring sizes may occasionally face stock delays. If your chosen size is affected, I’ll be in touch to offer alternatives or provide an estimated restock timeframe.
